The 3rd day of Intramurals 2008 - 2009 had now started!! "This will be just a day for me to cheer", that was what on my mind at that time. But it changed when the game of volleyball boys against the Blue Vaio started later the afternoon.
When it was the time for the match of the Volleyball boys of Red Macintosh and Blue Vaio, many was nervous because Stanford, the Team captain of our team, was not there. He was at the DSPC contest held somewhere(XD). When Neil, the sub captain chose the first 6 of our Volleyball team, our team was not in good position. They were really losing. They are missing almost every shot. When our team mates shouted to Neil that he should replaced the players, he was hesitant at first. But when we lost to the 1st set, he decided that he shoudl really replaced the players. When he was about to choose the subs, he didn't know who to choose. There were not so many good palyers left but then, my classmate shouted that I should go in. I said, "?!!?!?, Why me? I'm not even included at the real players of Volleyball of our team". But when they forced em to really join the team, I asid to myself that I should do it. But the problem is, I don't have our uniform right now! Just what I though early that morning, I will just cheer for the whole day. But things suddenly changed. Good thing Paulo was there. He was willing to lend me his uniform in order for me to play. Whew!! What a relief! Good thing Paulo is here! SO after changing my clothes, I joined the team and started playing. Our team was really overscored by the other team. We were losing hope already so that's why we even failed to catch their shots. And, we lost again to the second set. Haaysss...I felt sorry for myself because I think that I was the reason that's why we lost. But they cheered my spirit up. When they said that if we win against the Yellow Asus in the next game, we might get a chance to play once again against Blue Vaio. So, I started warming up and Poof! Our game against the Yellow Asus started!!
Our team was in great shape right now. We had defeated them at the firt set and eventually the 2nd set started. We are just "playing" against them because we're quite confident that we'll win this game. And there we go, we won!! Yipee!! We won, we won!! We were all happy and of course me!!
It was almost 4 PM when it started to rain. Games for Volleyball boys and girls were not yet done so we think that this Intramurals we'll be extended tomorrow. So, another day of fun tomorrow and it's not yet goodbye to Intramurals today!!!! Yey!!
